Everything you need to know about checking in, rules for your stay, and checkout procedures.
1. Arrival:
When you arrive at the property, please make sure to park in the driveway or garage, if you're able to find a spot. There is no street parking allowed.
2. Parking:
All vehicles should be parked in an enclosed garage. Motor vehicles exceeding garage capacity must be parked in driveways or designated overflow parking areas only. Overnight parking of any vehicles on public or private streets is prohibited. Vehicles of any type are prohibited from parking on lawns.
3. Access Code:
We will email a code for keyless entry to the Primary Reserving Guest prior to your arrival. Use this code to enter the property. It will default to the last 4 digits of the booking guest's phone number.
4. Inside the House:
Once inside, you will find a welcome packet on the kitchen counter/dining table with all the essential information about the property and local attractions.
Special Requests:
If you have any special needs or requests, please contact us before your arrival. We're committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Report Any Issues:
Please inspect the property upon arrival. If you notice anything that does not meet your standards, contact us within 2 hours so we can address it promptly.
The Home Owners Association has very strict NO SMOKING INSIDE OR WITHIN 25' OF A BUILDING, NO PET policy and Occupancy Limits, fines will be applied.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, but residents have a right to Quiet Enjoyment regardless of the time of day.
The use of portable outside speakers is prohibited. Please be considerate of your neighbors when enjoying your patios or hot tubs.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited
The speed limit inside the community is 25 mph.
Our local grocery store Valley Market is now taking the hassle out of grocery shopping for your upcoming vacation. Visit valleymarketonline.com to have them shop for you. Then you can just swing by on your way in and pick them up! If you'd like us to pick up the groceries for you, give us a call or email us. We'd be happy to help! (Fees apply)
Upon your arrival, we are delighted to offer you complimentary initial supplies of toiletries, paper towels, and towels. These items are provided to ensure your convenience during the early stages of your stay. As part of our commitment to sustainability and responsible usage, we kindly ask that once these initial supplies have been utilized, guests are responsible for either washing these items for reuse or providing their own replenishments for the duration of their stay. Should you require any further information or have specific inquiries, please feel free to reach out to our team, who will be more than happy to assist you.
If you are staying in a community that offers a community pool, hot tub and/or clubhouse, they are accessible with a key card found attached to a lanyard in the unit. Please make sure you leave these upon your departure, otherwise, there is a $100 charge for replacements.

In our vacation community, we prioritize courtesy, respect, and accountability among short-term renters. We expect guests to treat our neighborhood and facilities with care, respecting quiet hours, property boundaries, and community rules. Accountability ensures everyone enjoys a pleasant and harmonious stay, fostering a welcoming environment for all.
These homes belong to a private family, this is their second home and where they spend vacations, so please help us keep it clean and without damage or excess trash.

For the check-out procedures, we only ask a few things to be completed:
1. Please take all trash to either the bin in your garage (free-standing homes) or the dumpsters located in the community (condos & townhomes)
(If you are departing on a Sunday and are in a free-standing home, if you could take your trash bins out to the curb by the driveway, that would be a huge help!)
2. Please load & start the dishwasher before you leave
3. Make sure all lights are turned off & any space heaters or fans turned off and unplugged
4. Summer - turn the AC to 75 - Fan OFF // Winter - turn the heat down to 65 - Fan OFF
5. Make sure all doors are shut and locked.
6. If you are leaving earlier than the 11 am check-out, let us know so we can get a jump on cleaning. Text us at (801) 648-9339
